Minimum Qualifications:
18+ years of age
High School Diploma / GED / Equivalent
Licensed CNA (or equivalent or greater) or a min 3 years experience

Schedule:Variable (Nights, Weekends, Days, Holidays, Short and long shifts)
**As you establish yourself within WLSC, Aides find that they are able to establish schedules that fit their needs and work their desired amount of hours while utilizing WLSC as their sole provider for earning opportunities.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Assist/Encourage Activities of Daily Living
- Accountability for Physical/Occupational Therapy Plans.
- Medication Reminders
- Preparing Meals
- Light Housework
- Transportation Needs
- Customized Memory Care Activities
- Assist in a Home Safety/Care Plan
- Record Keeping/Vitals/Daily Log
- An Overall Effort to Care for and Improve the Client’s Quality of Life
